Cheap Jets Tickets
Accessibility
Our aim is to make New York Jets ticket information easy for everyone to use.
Using this website
The site uses semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, high-contrast colors, descriptive links and layouts that adapt to small screens and enlarged text. Links, the questions and the contact form work with a keyboard and a screen reader, and each update is checked with automated accessibility tests at several screen widths. The live ticket schedule is drawn by StubOrder’s widget script, which this website does not control; if any part of it is hard to use, the options below always work.
The ticket schedule is included in the page itself, so it remains readable if JavaScript is turned off or StubOrder’s widget script cannot load. When the script runs, it adds search, filters and sorting controls.
Our accessibility target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and automated checks alone cannot establish full conformance or legal compliance.
Ticket listings and checkout
Listings are supplied by StubOrder, and purchases and customer support take place on StubOrder. If the listings are difficult to use, open the New York Jets listings directly or contact StubOrder for help.
Report a problem or get help
Please send a message and choose “Accessibility help”, or contact StubOrder and mention www.cheapjetstickets.com. Include the page address, the problem you found and, if you are comfortable sharing it, your browser or assistive technology. Do not include payment information.
Accessible seating at the venue
At Jets home games, accessibility services are provided by the venue. MetLife Stadium’s accessibility page describes wheelchair transport from the gates by Accessibility Assistants, assistive listening through the ListenWIFI app, captioning on ribbon boards and concourse TVs, and sensory bags with noise-cancelling headphones. For accessible seating locations, the venue’s Guest Services Hotline is 201-559-1515; it is a stadium contact rather than StubOrder support.
The U.S. Department of Justice explains the ADA requirements for selling accessible seats, such as not charging more for them than for other seats in the same section.
Statement updated October 3, 2026.
